• General nature of your enquiry (e.g. back pain, pregnancy care, infant care).

We process your initial contact information on the basis of Consent and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a healthcare consultation contract. For clinical medical records compiled during in-person consultations, records are processed under Special Category Data (Healthcare provision) and stored strictly in accordance with General Osteopathic Council statutory requirements (minimum 8 years for adults, or up to age 25 for children).

Your details are used solely to reply to your enquiry and coordinate appointments. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third-party advertisers or commercial entities.
