“I believe in combining hands-on osteopathic treatment with practical nutrition and exercise advice, empowering each patient to continue healing at home.”
I am Noreen Ayyaz, a registered osteopath based in Ilford, London. I trained at the renowned British College of Osteopathic Medicine (BCOM), where I completed my comprehensive four-year full-time Masters in Osteopathy (MOst) degree, graduating in 2009.
I have been in continuous professional practice since October 2009, registered under statutory regulation with the General Osteopathic Council (GOC No. 7152). Over more than a decade and a half of clinical practice, I have had the privilege of treating thousands of patients across all walks of life — from newborn babies and expectant mothers to working professionals, athletes, and older individuals.
I maintain a special clinical interest in Cranial Osteopathy, having completed advanced postgraduate studies validated by the Sutherland Cranial College. Cranial osteopathy is an exceptionally gentle, subtle modality that is particularly effective for infants suffering from birth strain, children, and adults dealing with chronic tension or headaches.
My Whole-Person Approach
Treatment at Noreen Osteopathy is never a rushed, one-size-fits-all procedure. Depending on your symptoms and comfort, treatment may encompass:
Who I Help
- •Babies and children: Gentle cranial techniques for feeding strain, unsettled infants, and growing pains.
- •Pregnant women: Safe relief from back and pelvic girdle discomfort, supporting optimal alignment throughout pregnancy.
- •Adults of all ages: Acute or chronic back pain, neck stiffness, postural discomfort from desk work, joint problems, and headaches.
In addition to her primary practice at 117 Eastern Ave, Ilford, Noreen is also an associate practitioner at MB Therapies (Buckhurst Hill) and the historical Geoffrey Lloyd Foulkes Clinic (Ilford).
